Items are from a smoke & pet free home.
I ship USPS parcel post, within the United States only. Most of my shipping materials have been recycled but rest assured that your purchase will be clean and securely packed. I will never charge you for shipping materials unless it is a gift order. I do not inflate shipping charges and will gladly provide proof of shipping costs upon your request.
TIMEFRAMES
I ship promptly on the soonest, most practical day after the transaction has cleared. In most instances, I will ship 1-3 business days after I receive your payment. If you want it sooner, let me know and I will check into other shipping options for you (e.g. UPS, Fed-Ex) and get back to you quickly with a quote.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. My responsibility ends at the post office. Insurance is available at an additional cost. If you would like to purchase insurance, just let me know and I'll provide you with a quote.
I do my best to describe the items very well and they are sold on an "as-is" basis.
RETURNS
I do not accept returns, so please look carefully. If an item is broken in transit, you can file a claim with the Post Office. That said, you may want to purchase shipping insurance to safeguard your purchase. I'm happy to provide you with a quote for shipping insurance.
